Appreciation to . . .

. . .Karen & Malcolm Bond have generously been hiring CHP to attend the Wednesday night Putah Creek Time Trials to keep riders safe. They sponsored a bicycle raffle to help defray the costs.

. . .all those who came out to support the early season bike races.

Special thanks to the excellent sag wagon support by Mathew and Robin Timoszyk for the hilly long rides at the DBCRT Bodega Bay cycling camp.

Recognition from . . .

. . .the online discussion regarding NCNCA Point series:

“Great races like the Dunlap Inidvidual Time Trial and the Davis 4th of July Criterium are goal races every year. For me, there has been no better run, no more well marshalled ITT than Dunlap. DBC is an absolute treasure to the NCNCA as a whole. Bigger teams with more members (more "volunteers") make this possible.”

Race Clinic

DBC's very own Fred Schnaars taught a one-day clinic for those new to bike racing.

New Event

Indoor roller racing was held January through March at Hot Italian to raise money for a velodrome in Sacramento. —How does a peak of 241 RPM for an eight-second race sound?!!
