Foxy's Volunteers Wanted

The team captains for the following positions are looking for volunteers to assist them in the upcoming Foxy’s Fall Century on October 16. Please contact them online.

Elmira Rest Stop – 8 am to Noon

Team Captain ‐ John Hess

The 100 milers and the 100K riders will converge on this stop! So if you like the fast pace of serving snacks to hundreds of riders within a few hours,then this is the place for you!

Wooden Valley Lunch Stop – 10 am to 2 pm

While serving lunch to hundreds of hungry cyclists, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Wooden Valley nestled among vineyards and listen to the music selections from our DJ!

Lake Solano Rest Stop – 10 am to 4:30 pm

After climbing Cardiac, these cyclists get a break at picturesque Lake Solano Park to rest and rejuvenate. Your mission: To make sure they have all the snacks and beverages needed to make it back to Davis.

Rotary Park lunch Stop – 10 am to 3 pm

New this year! Located in Downtown Winters, Rotary Park is a nice place for our 100K and 50K cyclists to relax and unwind. For many, this will be their first time riding in an organized event. So our volunteers will need to encourage and make it very enjoyable so they will return next year!

Corner Marshals

In order to keep our riders safe and on course, our corner marshals are kept busy directing cyclists from one stop to the next.

Post-Ride Clean Up

OK, you want to ride that day, but you also want to help out. Barry is your man! Here you will assist in cleaning up and putting away DBC equipment and supplies to be stored until next year.

Course Marking

What if you want to volunteer, but you will not be available on the day of the event? No problem, marking the course prior to the event is the job for you!
