Weather or not
The weather is wonderful this time of year. As the days continue to shorten on their way to solar nadir in the Northern hemisphere, conditions for cycling just keep getting better. Crisp mornings that tempt some to layer up, only to shed those layers later in the ride as morning moves towards mid-day and perfect cycling weather. Our fair City is, frankly, intemperate or, just blazing hot for many months of the year, so enjoy this time of temperate weather. Experts report that just 45 minutes of exercise a day can help guard against a host of age related illnesses, including keeping your mind sharp well into your 80's or 90's. So get out for a ride, with friends or solo, whatever your style; it's good for you.
