Sometimes that moment at the end of July when the tour ends and there's a couple of ok crits on the calendar and it's so damn hot out can make a racer's life discouraging. Just suck it up dude, August is here and that means some of the best races on the calendar are coming up with Dunnigan, Winters Road Race and the Cal Cup. Even better, it's only weeks until cyclocross season starts. Get out the muddies and dust of the cross bike. It did rain on August 5 afterall!
