This is an easy-going ride to Winters. We meet at the intersection of Lake Boulevard and the Russell bike path.
The route is flat and follows the bike path to Road 95/Stevenson Bridge Road, then south to Putah Creek Road, and west into Winters. During July we have the option in Winters to stay for live music at the Rotary Park gazebo beginning at 7:00, after we get dinner at one of the local restaurants. The outdoor concert usually lasts until around 8:30. Then we head back to Davis along the same route. Be sure to bring lights and wear reflective gear. Expect friendly conversation. No one will be left behind.
Please e-mail the ride leader if you plan to join the ride. Although listed on the ride calendar, the ride leader may be absent or the ride may be canceled without prior notice. Ride subject to cancellation in the event of a high temperature forecast above 98 F.
